Cardcaptors / Cardcaptor Sakura  anime/manga

This scene is from episode 19 of the anime, during which Sakura was told by Kero to calm herself and sense the Clow Card's movements.  Upon trying to capture the Move Card - Sakura became frustrated by the spirit's erratic and evasive personality, and she nearly gave up.  Until focusing her Cardcaptor ability and mentally sensing the spirit's motions.  

When I first seen this part, I thought it was one of the most memorable and "epic" scenes adapted into the anime.  Cardcaptors had many great scenes, but I love the way this scene was animated.  Truly showing how well Sakura was developing her ability and skill.

Cardcaptors is still, and will forever be my favorite anime.  Even though I've grown fond of many great anime stories over time.
